Account Deletion

In the app, open Profile, tap the settings gear, then choose Delete Account. If setup is incomplete or account access is restricted, open Account & support and choose Delete My Account. ArcMates immediately hides your profile, closes active conversations and Shared Arcs access, cancels RSVPs, removes push devices, and creates a deletion request for final processing.

If you cannot access the app, email support@arcmates.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete My ArcMates Account".

Safety Retention

Reports, blocks, moderation actions, enforcement history, and limited Shared Arcs safety or pair-cooldown records may be retained where needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
