Data Deletion

ArcMates users can request deletion of some or all account data without deleting their account. Email support@arcmates.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete My ArcMates Data".

What To Include

Tell us what you want deleted, such as profile details, profile photos, prompts, anime preferences, location settings, Hangout content, event RSVPs, Arc Finder visibility and Connect requests, Shared Arcs settings, structured Episode Zero answers, private continuation choices, messages, or push notification devices.

What May Be Kept

Reports, blocks, moderation actions, enforcement history, security logs, limited Connect expiry, decline, pair-cooldown, and Shared Arcs safety records, and records needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling may be retained. Those records are not used in Arc Sync.

Timing

We review deletion requests and complete eligible deletions within a reasonable period. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.
