Yes. Dating is always reciprocal and mutual. A profile, Arc Sync score, Connect request, plan, accepted introduction, or chat is never consent to dating.
ArcMates is 18+ only. Discovery is opt-in, profile location stays approximate, declines stay private, and reporting, blocking, moderation, and support are built in.
