Zero Tolerance For CSAE

ArcMates prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Users may not create, upload, share, request, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or use ArcMates for grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other sexual exploitation of a person under 18.

Adults Only

ArcMates is for people 18 and older. Minors may not create accounts or use dating, friendship discovery, messaging, events, or watch-party features. Accounts believed to belong to minors may be restricted while ArcMates reviews them.

Report Child Safety Concerns

Users can report a profile, chat message, event, watch party, or other user content inside ArcMates and choose “Suspected minor.” These reports are private and routed to moderation. Reports can also be sent to support@arcmates.com. Do not attach or forward suspected CSAM; identify the account or content and explain where it appeared.

How ArcMates Responds

When ArcMates obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or receives a credible CSAE report, we review it promptly, restrict access where appropriate, remove prohibited content, suspend or terminate involved accounts, preserve necessary records as permitted by law, and take steps to prevent repeat abuse.

Meetup Safety

ArcMates does not support private-home meetup listings. Events and watch parties should use public venues or online rooms with platform moderation tools.
